Sunday School

Sunday school begins at 10:45 in the Forsyth Hall and is for children from aged 4-11. A variety of songs and activities draw the kids into the Bible story for the day, and much of the time is spent in age-specific groups. The children are escorted across to the church to join the adults for the last 20 minutes of the service each week, meaning that the whole church family can end worship together.

There is an annual Nativity service and a Christmas party for the younger children, while in recent years the older children have been going to a pantomime. In the summer (weather permitting!) we head off to a local park for our annual picnic after the Prizegiving service. Around 30 children are on our books, and a good number attend each week.
